The monitoring service allows you to purchase individual monitoring for any ports on your server that will run every five minutes 24/7/365. The Mycpadmin server management service grants you full access to our 24/7 UNLIMITED server administration for your server, but also includes one free monitoring service as well to help keep you informed about the status of your systems.
Yes! By default we have selected the most-common ports for monitoring on cPanel servers on our order form, but you can also modify each port number to point to that service on your server. These can also be modified at any point in the future on your user profile.
Support with mycpadmin is done entirely through our ticketing system to ensure that you receive the best response times and customer support as possible from one simple interface. You can send emails directly to the helpdesk and expect a guaranteed response within 4 hours, though response time is generally 30-45 minutes.
Mycpadmin is premium-level support that is specifically tailored to servers running cPanel/WHM, therefore cPanel is required for an active server management account. Though if you server does not yet have cPanel running our technicians will be happy to perform the installation/upgrade for you!
Yes! Our technicians are trained on disaster recovery for cPanel/WHM servers and will rebuild your system from backups in the case of a disaster, hack, or other emergency that requires a recovery. Our technicians will also follow up by determining the root cause of the issue and provide a detailed report and plan for preventing future disasters.
